That's a very good price Terry, we used to have a Rimor Sailer 645TC (low profile) and it was extremely well built, probably THE best one we've had in that respect. As the Superbrig is the luton version I should imagine it is also as well built.

Looks like its been off the road for a while as no MOT since June 2016, still a very good price but I'd certainly want it to have a thorough checking over by a garage as part of the sale as it would appear that the brake pipes need attention so safety should be paramount:

That's good Terry but the brake pipes have been mentioned 2 or 3 times so I'd want to get the replaced to ensure it was 'safe' and not just 'good enough' to be able to pass a MOT (not always the same thing!). I wouldn't expect Howard to pay for it as he's asking a low price for it anyway but its something that a new owner should be prepared to get done soon.

He said everything would be done for new owner so they would have a trouble free van --also knows it's cheap but he does not use it now so it may as well go

Yes but ... at 3500kg IMV there's no way on earth it would have anything like enough payload, for a family ... this is for a 677 (can't find a 678) one registered at 3850kg with 863kg payload, so at 3500kg it would have just over 500kg 'in theory' but from personal experience when we had a Rimor Sailer 645TC (low profile) it was nothing like that ... best bet would be to ask Howard to get it weighed to be safe.

No problems thanks for both replies.

I know someone who's thinking of a van for visiting Europe but they only have a standard licence.
With 4 kids payload might be an issue.

It depends on the age/size of the kids (and parents!) and what kit they want to take with them - if Howard can take it to a weighbridge and get you the axle weights you'll know if it's practical or not - I must admit Rimors are great MHs.
