I've watched this a few times now. It looks to me like he tried to do a punishment swerve, to get the camera car to move into lane 1. I've said it many times, if you try to take the law into your own hands, you'll end up like this!

I think he was done for failing to provide a breath test, AKA drink driving. Combined with a hefty dose of road rage as well. Right at the beginning it looks like his offside wheels were in the grass so he may have swerved or drifted over

It would appear that he might have been overloaded, particularly on the back axle - and maybe in the alcohol resevoir as well.

At least he got it in the hard shoulder

If I remember correct he was estimated by other road users he was doing near 80 mph and the swaying was started further down the road .before the camera car .

Well at least I lived to drive another day and I only served six months and FYI I was only doing 75.
