OK thats it 27 vans from Fun and another 10 from N+B so I make that 37 which is enough as it makes it 70 0r 71 for the room on NYE.

With this many people using the room we will not be able to allow dogs into the room SORRY.

So whats happening? well not a lot really the days will be your own to do as you wish, build snowmen throw snowballs, sit out in the sun who knows.

The first arrivals will be on 29th but not many so a quiet night in the vans or in the room if we wish.

Most people will be arriving the 30th and will be parked up on arrival, please be aware that we aim to park everybody with their drive wheels on some solid ground but it might help if you can bring some bits of wood bread crate bottoms etc to put under your wheels, also bring extra hook up cable if you have any. There is water on site so you can fill up on arrival before being sited if you wish. If you need to be parked on hard standing for for walking aids etc please let me know when you arrive. On the evening we will be meeting in the room and have planned a full night of decorating the room and chatting.

NYE will be a bit of a "knees up" in the upstairs room, food will be a "Jacobs table supper" and please bring your own drinks, glasses, fighting irons (cutlery) and plates, I think you all know by now but just in case, Jacobs table is just bring some food and put it on the tables provided, once you put it down you have lost it so if you have any special dietary requirement just keep something back for yourself we won't be offended. Food can be hot/cold sweet or savoury, we will have power points is you want to bring something in a slow cooker and keep it hot, if we can have all the food in the room by 7pm that will be great so we can then kick off about 7:30 finishing at early'o clock new years day.


We will have music for the evening provided by Robin and Hilary @meanders if you have any special requests for music there is another thread started by Robin,

So hopefully most of us see New Years Day and will be ready for bacon buns at 10:30, tea and coffee will be in the room as well so bring your mugs. After bacon buns you might want a nice invigorating walk along the riverside or you might just go back to bed, whatever you do we will be back in the room on the evening for a bit of background music and a couple of quizzes then a bit more chatting and socialising, some people may want to go home on New Years Day so make sure you are sober otherwise we will all leave on the 2nd 2018.

So how much is this fantastic few days going to cost you once you have booked your camping? £1 yes thats a whole pound each which will be collected on arrival, you will pay for your bacon buns on the morning.
