My 2016 Flash 737 has a truma heating system but the control panel has the following options for heat source FUEL, Mix 1, M ix 2, Elec 1 & Elec 2.

I thought most truma systems had GAS as the 1st option. Does this mean that the heater uses the Vehicle fuel i.e.: Diesel to heat the van?

If it is a Truma combi, then probably refers to mix of electric and gas. Do you have a Truma manual?
This is the relevant page for mine but I have the usual Truma controls

Chaussons often use the diesel Truma system instead of gas. Very good system that doesn't let the vehicle tank run dry.

If yours is a Combi D, it uses diesel rather than gas. If unsure, you could try running it with the gas turned off. You'll soon see...

It appears from my paperwork that the boiler is a Combo D6E which runs on Deisel or Electric or both. Shame it doesn't work at the moment.

Gives an Error code E122H whether on fuel or electric. Replaced the fuse in the main fusebox which looked fine & today took the 10a fuse out of the boiler itself, that looked ok too but when I went to put the fuse back I dropped it and now can't find it, its down amongst all the pipework under the bed somewhere. Anyways I have booked it into Brownhills in a couple of weeks. Boiler should be under warranty but assume there will be some charge for looking at it.

I think that may be "lack of fuel". You need at least 1/4 tankful. Maybe you're on a slope?
Did you try whilst on EHU (before discarding the fuse)?
If I recall, E112H is a general condition for being unable to heat. I'm sure Brownhills will sort it.

Spent 6 hours at Brownhills today, the highlight was breakfast in the bistro yummmm.

End result was its a pcb fault & needs replacing (the PCB) they don't stock it so have had to order and issue a warranty claim to Truma. They will let me know when it arrives and I will have to book in again to have it fitted.

Dont know how long thats going to take but at least it hasn't cost me anything other than time.

Another 7 hour stint at Brownhills yesterday, yes you can get sick of looking at motorhomes.

Disappointment again - they replaced the PCB and found it needed a glowplug as it is a diesel model - how that took 7 hours I don't know (was told it was 2 hours work to replace the PCB beforehand)

I wasn't best pleased as they don't stock the part so was told they would let me know when it arrives and re-book me in. In the end I told them I would rather leave it with them until it is sorted, its no use to me in this weather with no heating. So I got the 2x trains home. Left home at 07:30 am & got back without motorhome at 18:00. At least they gave me a lift to the station.

So now to await a phone call hopefully this side of x-mas to say its fixed, then train back there. What a polava.
