Thetford 3-way 97l fridge with freezer box, new around 2012, Kitchen worktop is an unusual ‘stone effect’ material with moulded sink and drainer with hinged chopping-board cover and inset stainless steel hob with 3 burners. Oven with grill (rarely used, as new!)

All water tanks kept sweet and fresh. Electric flush toilet is very clean, shower tray and sinks have no cracks. Plastics in very good condition, only some slight yellowing of bathroom sink. All window and vent seals regularly serviced.
