There was a company at the Malvern show last year which repairs shower trays. If I recall correctly somebody went to them and reported favourably but I can't find the thread.

A search for "cracked shower" brings up a number of threads which may help though.

many many years! since I was a kid
another benefit of using speedcoat, bed liner is that it is a rubbery texture giving better grip when wet. plus it is self healing for minor scratches and flexes with the plastic underneath. basically though its better than new and you can even choose a different colour than white

Have the same problem in my Milano fixed first 2 with "sudal" which is a flexible sealant/adhesive found another one yesterday all have been just in front of the toilet seat
Unfortunately I can't find a speedcoat agent in the north of Scotland so will just have to keep fixing it myself at the moment

Have used speedcoat agent who is based in central Scotland and travels throughout Scotland. can be seen at www.andersonsscotland.co.uk . Great job and all work is guarenteed.

He's doing mine in two weeks time I'll be amazed if he repairs it as its really bad but he reckons he can.
Been broken for two years repaired with a home made bodge by me after Hymer & Hambiltons quoted £2000 & £1200 respectively.
Will report back when it's done.

Neil did a great job for us. Very pleased with the result. We travelled to Nuneaton and he did ours on site there.

Why persevere bodging over paper tissue thick crap that the coachbuilders spent a fortune on finding the most useless rubbish they could find.
Rip it out and if you can find the clown that installed it shove it where the sun don't shine.

Replace it with half decent domestic tray. I found a high density foam acrylic topped jobby in Wickes. Easy to cut to size and when you have the other out you can ensure their is no cavity below the tray for movement which caused your cracks in the first place.
I haven't worked out how to direct you to my previous post of the work and photos on my posts but if you do a search, enter "shower trays" and insert my user name, you will find them.(y)

We were more than happy with our repair. We took the tray out so Bill was able to support it better.

Not long enough, but a little common sense helps..........

Having just 10 minutes ago cracked our shower tray I wondered how the fix went and how long he took. Looking at getting mine fixed after Statford.
