the batteries are connected in parallel when cells in one battery fail the other battery tries to keep it topped up so that all cells are equal. If one battery is shot then I'm afraid the other is not far behind. It is the reason why batteries in one bank should all be replaced at the same time and be the same size/type etc. Sorry Bill but more expence, it is a false economy to just replace one battery of a pair.

well just have to live with one battery till it is knackered just not so much TV and send the wee man out to play or take the dog for long walks :ROFLMAO:
