Does your flush spill over the back? mine did after setting the pump to the optimum for the other outlets especially the shower.
This is my solution, some plastic profile from B&Q

Some push pin rivets

Job done! works a treat.

Thanks I knew it couldn't just be mine.
I think it was about ÂŁ3 for quite a long length as I used it for the additional kitchen work surface project previously.
Pushpin rivets from ebay ages ago could probably get white ones.
No adhesive used and it's a nice tight fit. To remove if necessary just push the pins right through and collect them up from the cassette housing below (cassette removed) They can be re used.
I think this problem is mainly due to Thetford's pipe only being 10mm being met by the vans 12 mm supply? thus a sudden restriction and pressure rise.

Thetford offer a restrictor for use where system pressure is high - it fits in the inlet pipe to the toilet.

many many years! since I was a kid
if you cant find the restrictor, cut the feed pipe and fit a valve so you can control how much you reduce the pressure

Sorry Tony I meant I could never find it for sale anywhere
However I'm more than happy with my own solution as a strong flush is preferable and it is working perfect thanks:thumb:

Interesting thread.......I've thought recently that our flusher was "under-active". Even pressing the blue button for longer made no difference at all..........we didn't have this problem in our previous van which was an Elddis.

I'm wondering if there might be a bit of grit reducing the flow somehow:RollEyes:

I think I need to adjust pump on my MH or possibility the "expansion vessel" if it has one. I fiddled with it on my last MH but didn't seem to improve anthing. Did you post your experiences in tinkering with this together with a photo trail

Sorry and all that..

I don't like it .. it's a trap for bacteria .. and it looks unsightly, which of course is subjective..

better to have reduced the water pressure.. IMHO

Mine had issues and wouldn't flush err much (?) away

I pulled out the kahzi to install the Thetford electric ventilator kit and disconnected the water supply to do this. Once it was reinstalled it performed normally. An airlock perhaps?

With the toilet seat down it is not seen and the only water to contact it is the clean flush.

:thumb:Looks like you've made a really neat job of this........no pun intended though. We're "underflushing" at the moment, will check out Sidney's advice above and try to improve things.......

Sorry for the delay David.
I tinkered with the pump cycling adjustment screw until I had a good flow. Basically increasing run time.

Feedback

After a few months and plenty of use I can report 100% success. Not a single drop of over spill nor the slightest indication of unhygienic deposits.
It still looks like day one.
Same picture unchanged.
