I fitted these last year, and what I like is its obvious that they are deadlocked just by looking at them, they can be unlocked with keys from outside or lever from inside, very good quality IMHO

I'm a newbie
When we go away I put a baggage type belt between the two can doors, we then only use the habitation door for daily use, it has a Fiamma security lock. We also have Merlin or GSD with us.

You have a choice of using the external key operated lock or as in my case I decided that the internal lock would be more off putting for any toe rag, I have a key operated one on the hab door and two on the rear garage doors,
The website shows the different types with some short video,
I have no connection with the company just a satisfied user:thumb:

We looked at belts or straps between the doors but did not fancy that. Our bed is at the back of the van and felt extra locks at the front would make us feel more comfortable at night.

These do look good, and the fitting video is done on a Rapido like mine and so I know the inside bit will fit in the very narrow space available. The hab door as standard has car type antiburst locks top and bottom and I suspect these may actually be stronger than this deadlock. Of course the fact that it is visible security may act as a deterrent.

We have the HeoSafe on the cab doors and a Yale lock on the habitation door . All done in Poole by PWS . Good job and always feel safe . Van also had a removable steering wheel when we bought it ! We put it in wardrobe before going out ! Van with no steering wheel is definitely a no go to steal the van :ROFLMAO:
