It could be a Thetford C250 if it looks like the below (totally circular seat/top) as this was fitted to some models, but the only way to know for sure is to check what you have.

As for where to get one, I extremely luckily just managed to pick one up at a car boot sale for £20 ... but you're not having it as I want it for my van ... sorry!
