campsites near st andrews (1 Viewer)

anyone recommend a campsite near St Andrews open this month small CL preferred but must have EHU

If you're a CC member there's a few in that area, but I'm assuming you will have looked at their website already if you are a member.
We usually stay at Sauchope Links, Crail, when up in that area, but can't really suggest anything else other than the CLs on the CC website.

member of both ccc & cc but there does not seem to be anything open till march, a couple of CL's but none with EHU

The CLs at Tayport and Upper Largo appear to be open all year round if they're any good:thumb:
Upper Largo only has EHU.

You may have found something by now but if not, the CC site at Forfar is open and is quite a nice drive from St Andrews. We always spend a day there when we are at Forfar.

We have used the site at Upper Largo and the bus goes right by the front gate to St Andrews, also has lovely view on a clear night.

The CL at Monturpie (Upper Largo) is showing as having EHU on the CC website, although it doesn't open until the 1st March. But hope you find somewhere suitable.
