Just done it online, paid the dreaded tax bill

Should I feel like I have done a good deed to the country-:Sad:

Should I have done more clever accountancy work and paid less-:Sad:

Should I feel happy that I earn enough to pay some-

Will the government spend it wisely and I bet it`s been spent already

O well , back to work to save for the next one :thumb:

Compared to the poor PAYE contributors you are getting off very lightly. I have been both so am saying this with some experience. :Sad:

No chance I sold my business and worked for a company for 10 years. Never been so well off it was a doddle compared to running my own operation. Yes I had to work hard but that comes naturally but no worrying about where the next jobs coming from paying the wages vat tax nic paye insurance pensions business rates etc etc
