hi, last march i bought a igo primo 7" truck mediatek gps navigation gizmo
this come with a promise to update the maps and post codes etc [it did not, do a lot of post codes at all] so i contacted the suppler, who said " new maps and updates soon " i have over the last 9 months been in contact 4 times, and still getting the same reply.oh:oh:
my ??s are, has anyone got one of these and have they found out, HOW TO UPDATE IT ?

New maps and updates soon says it all.....a selling point full of empty promises.

In other words "sell the product then forget the customer."

sounds like customer service is bottom of their priority list.
