Love it, I went there will all the best intentions, and realised that the main battery for the Canon was as flat as a pancake, had to use a small Sony Cybershot..

It was blowing a gale and cold.

Today I had a small Sony Cybershot, converted to B & W and used Photomatix Pro 4.2.3 not much else. No photoshop,

It is a strange place within a few hundred yards, there is this 12c Church, a Roman Villa and a burial chamber or cromlech dates back to the Neolithic period, at the end of the 3rd millennium BC.
The well preserved settlement may date back to the Iron Age and was probably a small farming community, archaeological evidence suggests it was occupied up to the Romano-British period

I remember visiting Anglesey one day in the 1960s when on holiday elsewhere in North Wales. Maybe I should go back one day. Does anyone know which is the "no rain" day in Anglesey in 2014?

Oi anyone would think it rains a lot in Anglesey. If it's raining just go to other side of the island cos its usually fine
