Domestic LPG adaptors (1 Viewer)

My US built motorhome has a built in LPG tank for domestic use, cooking, fridge, etc. The filler is the same bayonet type that you use in the UK for AutoGas but unusually, there is no internal thread on it so I cant fit a Euro adaptor.

Anyone else had this issue and what's the best thing to do?

That should unscrew giving another thread below to screw your mushroom adapter onto.

Hi, we had this years ago in France, we had a Citroen Xantia, came out the factory as duel fuel but we never had continental adaptors, and we found a engineer in France and he put a thread in our bayonet fitting so we could screw into it.

They had the adaptors in the garages, but we were unable to use them. :Doh: :roflmto: Bob.
