Being of the "Motorhomes Move" school of thought I have left the Silves parking place much favoured by motorhomers who like to stay put for weeks on end and moved down the road to Praia de Rocha where I have met up with other friends.

Just yards outside Silves however, there is a brand new, pivate, Motorhome only site that might appeal more to some Funsters. (€6 per night with electric and internet.)

I pulled in there because for €2.80 they let you empty your tanks (and have a drive over point for those of us with rufty tufty holding tanks rather than "empty nearly every day" girly cassettes) and fill up with water.

Thinking of you Campsite Only Funsters I took some photos...

ah but no leccy, wifi or laundry. Not that I will be coming down there a bit too far for a 3 week trip. Hee hee, just saying for the money its a good deal.
