I think you are spot on as it is air suspension.
Somehow you can pump it up, perhaps with a built in pump, and you can let either side down individually with the buttons below the gauges. They may even be the valves for pumping the suspension up with
Advice given to me is do not drive with them on zero
Inflation and deflation same as a tyre valvethey look like shreader (inflation) valves to me but i could be wrong.

Looks same set up as our airide system
Dont run with less then 20 psi you could damage airbags
We run at
Weekend away light load 30 psi
Up to well overloaded as usual 50 psi
Max I have in 70 psi and much too hard a ride
Keep playing round till you get it right for your preferences
