Mild ie diluted
Traffic Film Remover (TFR)
Followed by soap and water, washing powder will do, when dry your roof should still have a slight sheen to it, if it drys dull or powdery you are getting ready for an overhaul of the EDPM membrane
If you are thinking of using any of the paint on treatments, I can not emphasise how important preparation is all of the above at least twice followed by proprietary roof cleaner recommended by the chosen paint Manf
Fail to prepare it right and you will pay big style and will continue to have roof issues on a yearly basis
The secret is to maintain it regularly and pray that the sheen is still there after drying:thumb:
