On the refillable gas bottles...(Yellow ones With Black writing).. do they shut off at 85% filled...

The same as LPG systems/Tanks on an RV... ?

And they also get sticky floats that forget to shut off the flow

and sometimes you cant fill them as they block the filling hole sometimes . i know someone that as had their two bottles changed twice . was in spain and couldnt get gas into bottles had to go local for spanish bottles .
