Yeah, but have a look through the spec sheet and see what you get for your money. Bet it's built a lot better than some of the c**p we are buying as well.
Only downside that I can see is that they are in Australia. If you did import one to here it would certainly make them not worth the price.

Saw them last winter when in Melbourne at my daughters. Lovely and even their ordinary motorhomes have some interesting layouts giving a feeling of lots of space. As said a bit expensive but so are their caravans compared to Europe
