WELL I'VE BEEN TO A LOT OF RALLIES AND SHOWS WITH FUN AND I OFTEN HERE PEOPLE SAY " THEY ARE SPENDING THE KIDS INHERITANCE" COULD SOMEONE TELL ME HOW YOU GO ABOUT THIS???? SOON I WILL RETIRE AND ANY EXTRA FUNDS WILL COME IN HANDY MY KIDS HAVE SAID" ENJOY LIFE AND IF YOU NEED TO SPEND THE INHERITANCE DO IT YOUR PARENTS LEFT YOU NOWT SO WY SHOULD YOU LEAVE US OWT" BUT AS IV'E SAID "HOW THE BLOODY HELL DO YOU GET A HOLD OF THE INHERITANCE BEFORE YOU POP YOUR CLOGS ??????????????????????????????????????????

Then when you die theres nothing left for the next generation.

oh yes and I forgot, make them pay for the funeral - dont save for it

Anything that you leave is classed as inheritance, so make sure you leave nowt and you will have spent it. :thumb:

sell your house to a speculator who will allow you to live in it until you are both dead. You get less for it but don't have to leave or pay it back. Besides they then have to pay for the repairs.

Not sure on this Roger (simply because I haven't looked into it ) but I'd bet you would be responsible for repairs

I would definitely not advise this. There have been horror stories where some people have done this and then been "kicked out" because the purchaser didnt pay the mortgage and the property repossessed.

Be very careful if looking at this as an option.

Whatever you do with your retirement make sure you enjoy yourself

Sell your house and rent a flat from your local housing association. They always have flats coming available because old tenants die. we waited two hole weeks. Best thing we ever did, no repairs, low energy and water bills and only a small garden so we can lock up and clear of in van for months and spend the money from house sale. BUSBY

You cant get out what you havent put in

So if you are married you may have to resort to selling the wedding and engagement rings - after all they may be the only inheritance you have to leave once the inevitable happens

the only alternative is to move to a nudist resort and sell all your clothes hehehehehehehe

Not an option that I would consider, Gail - I look even worse wearing what I was born with than in normal life. Back to the drawing board over here

Just discussing inheritance with the bank on Friday - it wasn't an option that they mentioned.........
