We've just got back home to Gatehouse of Fleet (D & G) on Saturday, after 8 days in the Dales:thumb:

The weather Friday and yesterday was gorgeous, but today it has been wet and very windy. It's supposed to be a bit better tomorrow, but the heating will be going on tonightoh:

From Dumfries but was in Edinburgh for the weekend and it was warm shame I was running a Marathon in it, really wet today so hope it picks up

Glad you are having a good time, we have good memories of the mini meet we had with you Nr Fort Augustus a couple of years ago, Scotland will always be on our return list.

You will pass by the end of our road on your way to Garlieston, we're in Skyreburn just up the single track road before you get as far as the Teapot cabin on the left. Hope the weather improves for you, New England Bay CC site near Port Logan gets really good reviews, we met a couple who stayed there recently and loved it:thumb:

We're on Isle of Lewis, moving to Harris tomorrow. Fantastic weather. This is Eilan Fraoich campsite in Shawbost and we're loving it.
