Vets in Brittany and Normandy? (1 Viewer)

Has anyone recently used a Vet for the Pet Passport scheme anywhere close to Vire or Sourdeval in the Calvados region of Normandy or a Vet near Douarnenez on the northern coast of Brittany?

And, if so, please could you let me know which Vet you used?

I'm really looking for a recommended, and preferably English speaking, Vet that members have used recently - rather than just getting a name and address from a telephone directory.

We used a vet at Condeau-sur-Noireau (near Vire) who understood all there was to know about Pet Passports.

Centre Médical Vétérinaire de Basse Normandie, 16 Rue-de-Juin 6, Conde-sur-Noireau. Google maps here.

Market square opposite, if I remember it well, Market Day Thursday, other days no problem parking a motorhome.

No, to be fair it was a few years ago. Was on a par with others. The receptionists spoke no English, the Vet had no problem.

(If you do go there look in on the village that I use for my handle - Clecy, lived there for 18 months - lovely walks along the River Orne and a little more strenuous one along the ridge that include Pain de Sucre (a mountain not a loaf!). If weather conditions are right there will be loads of paragliders seemingly hovering for hours as they ride the uplift.)
