Where is the SUN ? (1 Viewer)

In Majorca this week. Arrived at the hotel about 9pm last wednesday, and leaving for the airport at 9 in the morning.
So counting the 6 other days i calculate we have had 84 hours of daylight, i estimate no more than 12 hours when the sun has broke through the clouds and its been hot.
Up to yesterday it was quite windy, surfers an sail boarders out in the sea, calmed down now.
This morning got 1 hour of hot sun around 10 am, since the cloudy and light rain.
Locals say its been like this for a while, this time last year it was hot and sunny all the time.
Sat under the awning of a cafe having a beer and thinking is it sunny anywhere !!!

We left hull on Sunday night and i assume the sun stayed there.
We have travelled 500 miles in two days and the van has had such a battering from the rain it is clean. Worst we have ever experienced her in France.

Sat in the van at Masham with the door closed,heater on and glass of wine in hand. No one else on the site but there a load of gypsies just up the road in a park that has big signs sayin "no overnight camping" . Ha! They are on there way to the horse fair at Appleby, interesting that they have two new motorhomes in their convoy.

south of Tarragona Spain ...nice little site, right on the beach! but the building boom collapse shows whats happened all to well here in spain

Still at work here and will be until 8 tonight , currently entering my days notes . On looking out my office window I can see the London Eye , and just behind it I can see the very bright evening sun. Mind you there is a very dark cloud making its way towards the sun to block it out :Angry:. Hey ho , theres beer at home in the fridge and a prawn pasta waiting for me. . You are the sunshine of my life ....... no Im not going to sing , roll on 8pm

Looks like the weather is going to pick up in majorca according to our local friends.
Home to manchester tomorrow dont think the forecast is very good there.
I want good weather on saturday as i have somebody viewing the motorhome.
