Our first ever trip in a (hired) motorhome at the start of May is looming fast.

I have spent the past 6 months on the forum gaining as much knowledge as possible from you Funsters for this great step into the unknown.

Planning is everything, and based on what I have learnt , the cases of beer, and bottles of wine are ready.

I think that covers everthing, but SWMBO a bit worried I am missing something !

Don't do what I did, 150 miles from home, "where's my coat with wallet and CCs ?". We got a later ferry.

Boxes of wine, if you can find a good one, are more convenient in a MH.

Boxes rather than bottles - good idea !

Sticking to North Wales, so no ferry problems i hope - unless they have done away with the Anglesey bridges !

Just remember if any happens dont panic its probably not as bad you first think.
Remember to use a check list every time to are ready to start the engine.
And the most important advice is enjoy your holiday:thumb:

If you decide to go over the "old" bridge - breath in as you go through the arches. They're not that wide:ROFLMAO:

You'll have a great time:thumb:

Only because its easier to store ,3 boxes normally sit snug in our under sink cupboard.
