I saw a nice van on eBay; a 2006 Dethleffs Esprit Globetrotter i5830.
So, I made enquiries and asked for additional photographs as indicated in the add.

The pics were on flicker and the stream contained the same pictures as the eBay listing and about a half dozen extra ones.

The interesting thing is on each picture there is a section that describes what camera was used and the date of the picture.

On all the pictures the date was from 2011!

Can this be a true representation if the vehicle given the age of the vehicle compared to the date of the photographs?

I checked other streams for other vans and some dates were recent so I don't think it's a mistake in the tagging.

If the batteries have been removed from the camera for a while
It may just be laziness in not resetting the date

Ask for a new set with today's paper shown in it
If that is an impossibility on the sellers part

The seller is a broker based in Mansfield. The van is standing in Luton. I might just go and look at it and see if the pictures are a true representation. If it is lazy that's not s good comment on the broker and his process, however if the pictures are that old I think it's a bad practice and isn't representing the van correctly.
