I have a 2007 Kon-Tiki 669, when using the shower, we get a small pool of water on the kitchen floor next to the wall.
I can see a crack near the bottom of the shower wall about 4 inches long, just above the floor tray. Two repair guys have seen it, one said he could replace the floor and the other said because of how the cubicble is welded together, replacing the floor was not a option, he would have to cut-out the area where the crack is and fit a new piece in.
How do I find out which one knows what he is doing?
Also need a new step as the motor has gone. Both these repairs are covered by a insurance backed warranty.
Ideally want it done in Midlands/Staffs area.
Any ideas, suggestions welcome.
Thanks
Steve
