I'm a bit confused by both of these because they seem stupidly low prices, but both sellers appear to have good amounts of feedback, particulalry the first.
Are these "hijacked" accounts and how does one tell?

I'm in little doubt that they are indeed scams  However, how do the
barstewards go about the scam?

Simple.. they convince the mug punter to pay a £1000 deposit, usually in to a Barcleys bank account ( which belongs to a money mule as has just been on the news )
End of story..
The money mules are usually people who think they are making easy money with a 'home job', simply accepting payments and passing them on.. In the articles on television almost all the mules were students ( all IQ and zero brains ! ) or stay home mums
Ah, thanks. It's frightening to think that there are people stupid enough to pay a deposit like that

... and most of the 'victims' are asked to pay the full amount before the vehicle is 'delivered'...
Anybody wanna bet this is a scam ?

thank you spot on advice driving licence or passport for photo proof:thumb:May well be genuine, its an old petrol engine one, about right price.
Like all private sales, DO NOT PART WITH MONEY UNTIL YOU HAVE PHYSICALLY SEEN IT. V5 is in sellers name and the van is at his address and utility bills/passport prove he lives there. HPI it as well
