Hi all any one no if portable comag SL30 is any good will it work ok in europe Thanks Bernie:Cool:

Yes it will work in Europe.
It will receive any free to air channels that your satellite dish can receive in that location - just like any other FTA satellite receiver.

This may or may not be a consideration .. it is not 12vdc ..

If you plan to use exclusively on EHU .. no problem, otherwise it will also need a small - 12vdc - 230vac inverter to power it from your leisure battery ..

There are 12vdc FTA sat receivers on the market.. one example .

If you have an HD TV with an HDMI port perhaps you could consider one of these.

Not much bigger than a cigarette packet, so very small and extremely lightweight. It runs on 12v and 230V and gives you HD pictures from all satellites.

The Comag version here is £99.99, but includes an additional LNB with LED's.
