No,they are NOT ebayers as such, they are thieving scumbags taking advantage of folks greed and the laxity of the eBay system...

They are a small group of these thieves operating at the moment.

Almost all scams are posted by new user accounts with zero feedback and always adverts not auctions.

There are some that are posted using a hacked account.. Still easy to spot as they usually ask you to contact them out side the eBay system and of course the vehicles are always vastly under priced to attract the daft and greedy !
