I only know of Chertsey and Walton. There are a couple north London, but non I know of for walking distance. Then I would'nt leave a m/h in London to risky.

Don't forget the LEZ if you are thinking of taking your mh to London. Check the transport for London website to ensure you are compliant. Otherwise it will cost you big time £200 a day springs to mind.

Stay outside of M25 and catch public transport.

If you really must park in central London.. check this map, not only council and private but also private drives that owners rent out.. click on the flags for details ..

http://en.parkopedia.co.uk/parking/london/

bear in mind there is a £10 daily congestion charge and most car parks have height barriers..

My advice is to use either Abbey Wood or Crystal Palace CC sites

Why not Skype the queen and ask her if you can park up for the night on her drive way:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
She will probably pick it up on her Galaxy Note 10.1 I understand that both her majesty and Phileep use this tablet for general skypeing. That's a fact:thumb:

you're telling me Her Majesty has to use Skype.. ?

next you will be saying she shops in Lidl :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
Not too sure about Lidl but with Harrods off the list, you never know. Now she has this fine bit of hardware in her Note tablet, You know she is a cannae lady and Skype is an excellent free service. why shouldn't she do a bit of skyping on it.:thumb:

We just had 4 nights in London at the Waterloo Travelodge, originally booked Crystal Palace CC site for the week at about £120 but although only 35/40 minutes on the bus didn't fancy travelling in and out of the site a couple of times a day for food and rest given we had 3 shows in the evenings plus stuff to do in the day time. But, with or without a bus pass CP is not a bad option. :thumb:

We've used Crystal Palace a couple of times and there is a bus stop just down the road from the site. Buses from there go direct into London and were only about a fiver for a 24 hour ticket. There are also some good eateries just down the road as well.
