I have just had the best rabbit ever ::bigsmile:

A simple rabbit dish-browned in olive oil and butter, then coated in Dijon mustard and given a good dose of white wine ( a Rueda)
Sauce was made by adding just half a chicken stock cube (Spanish) and some President
Nata Cocina cream to the cooking juices.
Served with plain boiled potatoes, green beans and broccoli-it was to die for ::bigsmile:
The rest of the Rueda wine washed it down perfectly.

The Spanish ingredients just seem to have a different, more intense flavour.
