Dont know if some of you leccy teccys can help me out ?
I have a power isolator switch on control panel which shuts down power to habitation lights etc (as with many vans) however mine does not switch off fully,it leaves the lights very dim (low voltage). I can hear the EBL99 clicking as switch is operated. My thoughts is the EBL is at fault but before i start going through it all has anyone had a similar fault?
Thanks
Tony

Hi Tony!

I think your lights are simply following their owner's example!

Due to your snowboarding and emulation of Bradley Wiggins, they simply simply won't roll over and die!::bigsmile:

I hope someone comes along with a sensible answer mate!:thumb:

Has this just happened ?

If it's always done this I think someone has modified the wiring and some power is being fed from a none switched circuit into the switched one.

Possibly a bad earth somewhere.

Possibly a bad earth somewhere.

It done the same thing a couple of weeks ago then cleared itself,
Now fault back permanently.
Thinking you may be on the right track,i shall start by isolating each circuit
Thanks

I agree with Brians conclusion.

a bad earth and whatever else is on that earth is being earthed through the light circuit
