Can anyone tell me in very simple terms how to load poi's eg Camping and C'van club ones on to my garmin dezl. I keep downloading them, and they go hiding inthe computer never to be seen again

I, too, used to lose downloads. It all depends on your settings. Not sure which Operating System you are using but you can usually change the destination. Search for "Downloads" which on my computer is a folder next to my user name.

You may want to set the destination to your Desktop - normally makes them easy to find but you must "housekeep" now and then and tidy them into separate folders or delete them.

Drag & drop in Windows Explorer to the folder which contains the maps.
