Well, we had to share this with y'all::bigsmile:

After a lot of deliberation and lots more searching we finally took the plunge and got ourselves a dog.::bigsmile:

We were determined it should be a rescue dog and not too large (easier in our little van).
We've had a Jack Russel and like their character - little dog, thinks its a big dog:ROFLMAO:

We found her on the Allsorts dog rescue site, went to meet her and fell in love::bigsmile: She's called Dolly:RollEyes:

She was found as a stray and is quite nervous but is settling in very quickly. She just wants to please and needs lots of love!

We haven't introduced her to the van yet but look forward to having her with us on our journeys:thumb:

The first photo was taken when we had just got her home - all worried! The next was a couple of days later and she has settled in::bigsmile:

Oh what a lovely girl. She is really pretty and I just love the Jack Russell temperament. I hope you have many happy years with her. ::bigsmile:

Lovely, but was it really necessary to kill a Zebra to make her a comfy bed.

What lovely doggies!

You been watching Paul O'Grady's Battersea dogs' home programme by any chance and got smitten?

Jack Russells have a very strong temperament so make sure they know YOU are the boss right from the start, by the time you realise you've got a bit of a problem it can be hard to get the upper hand again ... and be warned if anyone thinks of getting a Patterdale, they are even MORE strong willed ... and as for a cross Jack Russell / Chihuahua ... we don't call ours Tazzy Monster for nothing!!!! :whatthe:

congrats glad to see another dog has found a home, im sure she will enjoy her travels, she might be a bit worried on the first couple of trips though if she has been a stray.
