is it me?

we have just had alovely 6 weeks in Germany(Mosel) and France (Annecy) etc. However when I enter Long/Lat for a new site etc I find the location is miles away. Is it my sat nav neding updating etc or is there something wrong with the satelite etc

Most likely explanation is inputting degrees:minutes:seconds when it expects decimal figures, or the reverse.

Unlikely that either any of the satellites are wrong or your unit needs updating.

Most SatNav systems work with three different ways of entering coordinates, but some only work with one, which sometimes can be changed in the settings.

I dont know which way your SatNav works but below the three most common types:

Degrees, minutes and seconds: 41° 24' 12.1674" -- 2° 10' 26.508"
Degrees and decimal minutes: 41 24.2028 -- 2 10.4418
Decimal degrees: 41.40338 -- 2.17403

All three should bring you to the Sagrada Familia in Barcelona
