Every time we use the M/H, When we come back I dry the water tank, Once a year I give it a good go and sterilise the whole system. It's that time of year
If you read my details you see I am a great fan of "Home Brew" I use the same stuff that I use to sterilise my Brew kit and Bottles for the Water system in the M/H, this year I 'm going one step further and use it (albeit on a trial basis) to deodourise the grey water tank.
It will cost you £1 to purchase a pot of "Wilko Bruclens Cleaner, Steriliser and Deodouriser" from Wilkingsons (spelt right?)
Basically it's (getting technical from here on fellas) Sodium Percarbonate, 4 teaspoons per 10 litres of dihydrogenous oxide, I mix up 30 litres. You really have to stir it around to disolve, Into the Water tank, pump through the system leave for 12 hours, then drain into the grey water tank, take the M/H for a run to swill it about ,then drain:thumb:
Sorted!:thumb:
Dihydrogenous Oxide? Water! you Wally!
