How can you find out in easy terms whether you are LEZ compliant?

you may be compliant now but when they move the goalposts again, which they will soon, you may not be.

LEZ only applies to diesel engined vehicles which are over 3500kg (i could be wrong)...not petrol engines.

My vehicle is registered under that weight and yet it tells me that I am not compliant?

I think I read from a link on the other thread that the threshold was something like 1200 kg

mines a 1998 r reg fiat duccato 1.9turbo diesel swift all up weight 2,800 kg

and is non complient for use inside the M 25 unless i pay £100 daily

I must admit the LEZ did us a favour in getting storage for our van. We were on a 5 year waiting list which became about 6 months with the expansion of the LEZ.

Still think its nonsense for Motorhomes though.

Just checked our van again and it's still compliant.

Still won't persuade me to go back to London though, I got bored stiff with the place after 5 annual visits a few years ago

It's a nonsense for all vehicles, Chris.
Money making scam, nothing more.
Road vehicles meet Cand U regs for emissions, noise, etc.
What makes London so special as to be able to require extra criteria be satisfied for the LEZ, London Boroughs Lorry scheme etc?
