Google Translator does not really help in my understanding of what they want?

Its says you owe me 50 Euros.

On a serious note you will have to manually type it into google translate as web page google translate will not detect the text with a picture.

I don't know German, but looks like they owe you 50 Euros or more likely you owe them.

For a possible refund, we ask them to have their bank details (account number and bank sort code and possibly the different konoinhaber)

If abroad Bank transfers it to the IBAN and BIC

I am sure that on one of the ADAC threads in fun there is a telephone number of a lady who speaks english at the adac company. Perhaps a search for ADAC on here will help. It was when a lot of members were thinking of joining.

Looks like a 50 Eu bill that may have to be paid but if you phone them direct I feel sure that several of their staff will be able to speak better English than me.

That's correct, They need to repay me around 600 euros of personnal expenses including a 50 euro taxi ride. I guess that they can not find the receipt for this?
