Double of all toileties etc, so you are not taking them in and out of the van.

Bike Rack and Bikes for getting around when you are on site.

Having looked up what a Cadac is, which is the model of choice?

The choice is yours. We have the carry chef ( must be the one to run off proper lpg supply, NOT the campingaz one which is too feeble ). It's perfect for two of us, so versatile. Many have the bigger floor standing one.

I fitted an external BBQ point for ours.

Not used it much this year, I have to say.

TV/DVD - Anyone got experience of the Kogan 12v ones?

Bought a 22" one a year ago, it's been great, runs direct off the battery, I made my own lead up. It powers a 500G USB hard drive with hundred of DVDs I've digitised.

A year on and what you buy might be slightly different to mine, theoretically better.

7 Years after 5 years with caravan.
A good partner, a good navigator and a plan (so that the partner / navigator has something to change her mind at the last minute about)
