If my motorhome has a Gross Laden Weight of exacty 3.5t does that mean I am restricted to 110kph on French motorways because all the stuff I have read says that you are if you are OVER 3,5t ?

Note it is not definitive, no one seems to know the answer, though I have not seen anywhere on here where anyone has been stopped with AN OVER 3500Kg vehicle for not having stickers, it does not mean it will never happen.

In the Uk if there is a grey area enforcement tends to avoid it, its not always the same with foreign police forces who have on the spot monetary fines.

Its about the risk you are willing to take.

I believe the law to be .... up to and including 3.5ton. The laws states over 3.5to, so if you are exactly 3.5 ton gw then you are not restricted.

over 3.5 tons it is 90 kph or 55mph

It is 90 kph or 55 mph with a trailer if you are over 3.5 tons... and yes I have a 90 km roundal on my RV.. truck size. and another on my trailer..
