I'm a newbie
I'm a motorhome newbie, having owned my first motorhome for about a month now. We keep the motorhome (An Auto Sleeper Executive) at home.
I would like to carry out simple maintenance tasks on it at home. Can anyone recommend a suitable air compressor for inflating the tyres? I was hoping to find something that is not too big and not too expensive!

hi keep your eyes open in lidl or aldi they do a mains small compressor that can be very usefull. at home . good for blowing up tyres and brakes etc . you may find a bit bigger one is better though man enough for spraying schilt underseal or wax oil .
or do you just want a 12v compressor .
for them i say get a landrover magazine . they arent cheap in there but work very well .most cheap 12v compressors are rubbish. better to save and get a good one .

Seconded :thumb:
I bought mine when it was on offer for £15.
Our kids discovered that you can even explode competition rugby balls with it! ::bigsmile:

I have one of these. Absolutely great. But keep your engine running or you could find your battery dead!
I've also used it to inflate the kids paddling pool with one of the nozzles provided. Saved a lot of huffin' 'n puffin'

I have one as well works fine if a little slow. If you need an extension cable, make sure you get a heavy duty one or it wont work.
