Just saying hello, we've had our motorhome for nearly 4 years now and have only used it in the UK in that time, when we got our van we didn't realise there were so many beautiful places to see in our lovely country! However we're going to be brave and plan to go to europe next year for the first time, so looking for tips and hints!!

Hi & Welcome,
you will not have any problems copeing with france or europe next year, we went for our first time on aires in 2005, after first time ever back in1980 then only using c/cites. been 5 times since and now mostly use aires just use the odd campsite to get showers / electric although we do use our own shower when necessary,Its easy driving on the right just got to remember when you stop for a cuppa or to enjoy the view, you concentrate when starting off again ,its so easy then to pull back onto the left. We are off again next sept back to france to get some reasonable weather. Terry:Cool:

Hello and welcome. I can assure you that you will find out what motorhoming is really about once you cross the channel. You'll find that motorhomes are much better provided for and you develop more of a 'touring mode' rather than a 'campsite mode'

If you have any queries about things your not sure about this is the place to get answers. Especially those niggling little thing that you may think sound like silly questions. You'll be surprised how many people also want the answer but didn't like to ask.

Also we're not far from you - Sedgley. So ask away ::bigsmile:
