Since 2012 but longer in my dreams
Having problems getting pictures from iPad onto thread.Tried photo bucket as suggested and when I have tried this it says the content is too large. Any suggestions on how to decrease them or any other way I can do it?

The easiest way is to have a program do it for you like <www.picresize.com/> I just resize my own in whatever program handles my graphics like <gimp>

Note the 'Batch Resize' option in small lettering underneath - it means you can do a bunch of 'em in one go. That's useful.

this resizer works very well and fast too.

the option is in the right click drop down box on any picture file you have.

been using it in various guises (XP, Vista and now windows 7) for quite a few years now.

you can also resize on photobucket, in the blue bar under your thumbnail image click on edit, under the new image click on adjustment then you will see an array of options including the resize, do what you need to such as crop and then resize etc and then either replace the original or save as a new image. most forums you need to have an image with a maximum of 600 x 600 pixels image size, I tend to keep mine at a maximum of 580 and auto adjust so everything stays in proportion, it's actually easier to do than to explain how to do it

Do you not have to be 'online' when using Pic Resize? If you've got Microsoft Office then Picture Manager is handy to use.
