Speaking to a dealer at the Northern show that reckons twins are becoming more and more popular, with plenty of people looking to ditch the double for two singles. Who are you people? whats so bad about your partner that you want him or her out of your bed?

Meanwhile... for a giggle. ::bigsmile:

One thing to remember Single or Double, never go to bed on a argument.

Put it to bed first. :thumb:

Don't understand single beds at all, unless it's for some medical reason.

Spooning is on of the best things in the world. :thumb:  :Eeek:

Well Olive Oil and I have decided that our ideal MoHo would be a very similar layout to our existing one but with the change to twin beds at the rear.

The problem is in order to accommodate our existing space these layouts are usually around 8 meters and often tag axles so I guess we’ll have to continue climbing over to use the loo as I can’t accommodate a larger one on my drive.

Looked at a new Burstener last week-end, just shy of £100,000, beggar that........Griff

Seriously, one of my favourites.......

Easy-to-please single male
seeks double-jointed supermodel who owns
a brewery and grows her own pot.

Access to free concert tickets a plus,
as is having open minded twin sister.

Apart from that I'm not fussy.

Twin or double bed

For us it is a twin in the warm nights and a double in the cold. ::bigsmile:

The bed arrangement is like ours but in reverse .He takes up all the room. One of the reasons I want single beds when we get our motorhome!!!

Aug 09 to date 9,000 miles!
Think Pete has the equivalent of Lindyloo's prob, permanently radiates heat. Which is 100% lovely when I'm cold but almost unbearable when I ain't.

And anything is possible when your heart is really in it; we've had very satisfactory arrangements at times, in a small tent inside a (large) single sleeping bag on a good quality, robust single fishing bed ...... in fact anything we've slept on really, even given the lack of headroom on the current overcab. And then said goodnight and returned to wherever we were actually sleeping, and indeed, slept.

Despite the heater and often also the lack of actual sleep, I'd be very sad to ditch the double, don't fancy having to get out of bed to deliver to my beloved a poke in the ribs to stop him snoring - and no doubt he feels the same too !

Other than fishing the only time we've slept on singles was overnight on a ferry years ago. But both had a fantastic night's sleep, it has to be said, although we did say when we first turned in, how noisy the engines were and we were certain we'd never drop off .... zonk until the next morning when they came and banged on all the cabin doors .... or was that due to the time we'd spent in the bar? Not really, we had 300 miles (? - can't remember) or so to do on a motorbike next day so I doubt Pete even consumed any alcohol at all.

Definitely singles, so we can get out easily without disturbing each other. An island bed would also fit the bill, if we ever buy another bigger MH. We have a double at home and to be honest the singles are a nice change. Ssshh. ::bigsmile:

Single beds work just fine. Easy access to loo during the night and I can't even remember a promise, never mind being on one!!!!:ROFLMAO:
