the Camping and Caravanning Club have today announced that they have cancelled their National Feast of Lanterns at stockton-on-tees due to the site being waterlogged and they are unable to get the infastructure in place

I can understand their decision to cancel - the area does look exceedingly wet

I heard that due to the clash with the Western motorhome show they couldnt get many traders to commit.

Yes it is a shame its cancelled but it is a "field site" unlike last year where they did have some solid ground and infrastructure.
Going to have to make alternative plans now :Sad:
