We have just completed 1650 miles around Spain, Ducato went well, no problems and overall 27mpg.

I don't get 27mpg only about 23 however in my last tour of France and Spain in June I was paying a maximum of €1.27 per litre (roughly £1.05 at present exchange rate) at supermarket pumps and just €1.18 (less than £1) in Luxembourg so its as good as better mpg. Our diesel is pretty pricey in comparison.

I hope you and yours had a smashing time. As you know, we did Spain this year for our first time ever, and we would love to go back, pending a longer break next time, (about 6 x months would do me. )
