if u r talking about the centre support [aluminium] heat all lenght in boiling water until hot using wide pipe bender sl;owly crimp follow procedure several times so support does not lose its flexibilty,may be able to bend round a template,thats how we used 2 do it good luck:Doh:

Hi folks, does anyone have a good tip of how to bend/form a c`van awning rail without kinking it?

many many years! since I was a kid
the c channel you see fitted to vans tends to be pre-bent in the factory using heat and a press. The problem is that the aluminium goes brittle after a time and will tear or crease if you try to bend it cold. Not an easy job to do at all.

depending on what your trying to do, it would be easier to source prebent sections from a caravan repairer or dismantler. Just cut them cleanly and make a tight joint between the 2 parts
