Just seen on another thread that a Company that makes Motorhomes called one of their models a "Firestorm". Now I may be wrong but I would have thought that the last thing you would want your Motorhome to be is a "Firestorm":Eeek:

Does anyone have any other totally inappropriate model names.

I guess you could also include caravans in this if you wish.

I suppose it is a bit off topic to talk about car names, of which there are quite a few..... The Sea Dinghy was one motorhome I thought had a silly name; there must be others, though but cannot think of any.

I think daft car names qualify.

How about CARIOCA by CI!!!

It means

Car·i·o·ca (kr-k)
n.
1. A native or inhabitant of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

2. carioca
a. A dance similar to the samba.
b. The music for this dance.

Now, I am English/Welsh cross, can't dance or compose music!!!

Also

[kär′ē·ō′kəs]
a form of lateral movement in a gait cycle in which the side-stepping leg is moved successively behind and then in front of the stance leg.

Well you will all remember the Rolls Royce Silver Spirit, it was always going to be the Silver Mist until someone from marketing suggested that as they had so many customers in Germany that changing the name to Spirit would be a good move.

The reason being that Mist in Germany means sh*t, so anyone fancy a trip out in the silver shit
