Will be back in Blighty this summer and making a small tour including visiting friends in Folkestone, day at Stonehenge and a day visiting friends in Malvern. All routes and sites booked so the first part of the leg is good to go however in the second week we want to visit the lakes for 2 days, we hav an overnight planned in Lancaster but need to find a Windermere based site, any recommendations ? It's only 1 night but ideally looking for some where we can walk or cycle from without high speed A roads to navigate due to the age of the No 4 daughter.

If you don't need hook-up, Miller Field is highly recommended.
